Retour- & Terugbetalingsbeleid

U heeft het recht uw bestelling binnen 30 dagen te annuleren zonder opgave van redenen.

De termijn voor het annuleren van een bestelling is 30 dagen vanaf de datum waarop u de goederen heeft ontvangen of waarop een door u aangewezen derde, die niet de vervoerder is, het geleverde product in bezit neemt.

Om uw herroepingsrecht uit te oefenen, dient u ons van uw beslissing op de hoogte te stellen door middel van een duidelijke verklaring.

Wij zullen u uiterlijk 30 dagen na ontvangst van de geretourneerde goederen terugbetalen. Terugbetaling start na controle van de geretourneerde goederen. We gebruiken dezelfde betaalmethode als waarmee u de bestelling heeft betaald, en u zult geen kosten betalen voor deze terugbetaling.

Voorwaarden voor retourzendingen:

Om in aanmerking te komen voor een retour, dient u ervoor te zorgen dat:

• De goederen in de afgelopen 30 dagen zijn gekocht.

• De goederen in de originele verpakking verkeren.

• De goederen ongedragen, ongebruikt en compleet met alle accessoires/instructies moeten zijn.

De volgende goederen kunnen niet worden geretourneerd:

• Goederen die volgens uw specificaties zijn geleverd of duidelijk gepersonaliseerd zijn.

• Goederen die van nature niet geschikt zijn om te worden geretourneerd, bijvoorbeeld producten die snel bederven of waarvan de houdbaarheidsdatum is verstreken.

• Goederen die om redenen van gezondheid of hygiëne niet geschikt zijn voor retour en na levering zijn geopend.

• Goederen die na levering, van nature, onlosmakelijk met andere items zijn vermengd.

Retourzending van goederen

U bent verantwoordelijk voor de kosten en het risico van het retourneren van de goederen aan ons. U dient de goederen te sturen naar het volgende adres:

Wij kunnen niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor goederen die beschadigd raken of verloren gaan tijdens de retourzending. Wij raden daarom aan een verzekerde en traceerbare verzendmethode te gebruiken. Wij kunnen geen terugbetaling uitvoeren zonder daadwerkelijke ontvangst van de goederen of bewijs van ontvangst van de retourzending.

Cadeaus

Als de goederen bij aankoop als cadeau waren gemarkeerd en direct naar u zijn verzonden, ontvangt u een cadeaubon ter waarde van uw retour. Zodra het geretourneerde product is ontvangen, wordt de cadeaubon naar u verzonden.

Als de goederen niet als cadeau waren gemarkeerd bij aankoop, of als de gever de bestelling naar zichzelf heeft laten verzenden om het later aan u te geven, sturen wij de terugbetaling naar de cadeaugever.

Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

• The goods are in the original packaging

• The goods must be unworn and complete with all accessoires/instructions

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Returning goods does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
